It’s seldom that I write about people I really admire. Its sad because there’s just so much talent out there that doesn’t get mentioned often. Well, except for this kid. I’ve discovered him from watching all those HappySlip videos, where his music is featured. And judging from his MySpace site, he’s getting a lot of bells and whistles from his side of the globe.
Josh Verdes delivers light but heartfelt tunes. He’s really quite gifted with his husky voice and quick guitar fingers. My favorites are ‘Save Me’ and ‘Home’. I hope they play his works on Philippine radio soon.
He’s also Fil-Am, by the way.

Loooove HappySlip, but I’ve never heard of this dude, Josh Verdes… I’ll check his stuff out later.
