    … the daughter and I are both sick.  At least she’s almost fully recovered, except for a few sniffles.  Me, I’m still coughing my lungs out.  Blech!

    We didn’t go out much this long weekend except for trips to the market and when we’re eating out. We just went away of the confines of our nice new community (we just moved!) yesterday, for Easter Sunday church service.

  • Best Use for Low-Watt Bulbs

    LightbulbI remember that there was a time when we only buy just one type of light bulb, commonly used at home, the yellow 40W bulb. Not only does it generate so much heat, but it uses so much electricity.

    Aren’t we just lucky that technology has found a way to reduce the wattage and yet deliver the same brightness that the old bulbs do?
