We didn’t go out much this long weekend except for trips to the market and when we’re eating out. We just went away of the confines of our nice new community (we just moved!) yesterday, for Easter Sunday church service.
We still have to hakot our bed and look for nice ref and we’re all set! Well not really, since we still have too look for a yaya for Elise, invest on a sala and dining set to replace all that monoblock furniture. (ahahahaha!)
Its really nice to be together, at home, for days, for a change. No computers (well except for a few hours of checking my email) and no work, not even my sideline job. Time well spent, indeed.
And did I mention, the traffic in northern QC is pure bliss this time of the year? We have the roads all to ourselves and even the malls were almost deserted. Sarap diba?
Pork is cheap, weeee! So I cooked sinigang and adobo and ate a lot of meat dishes. Ahaha, salbahe ba? We’re not catholics po kasi.
Well, enough raves for now. I hope you guys had a great holy week, wherever you may have spent it.

i also didn’t go out much over the holy week. same as you, i only went out to eat (when i was too lazy to cook) and to go to the market to buy stuff for the house. and i just love love love the empty roads and streets. i wish we can always have the main highways and roads to ourselves. every trip i made was made with so much ease. anyway, good luck on your fridge-hunt! i was also doing that for the past 2 weekends and my…i didn’t realize that refs now are expensive. well, take care!
Aiza: How I wish traffic was always like that, no? You take care too!

We didn’t go out during the Holy Week much except to eat out at times. I would get horribly nauseous when I was in the car for longer than 15 mins. And siyempre it is more convenient to stay home than go to a very crowded place where I might have some difficulties.
