This coming 26th, Elise will be turning 23 months. And in a few weeks, she’ll be 2 years old! Oh man, I have a full-toddler na! My baby is blossoming into a little girl right before my eyes. Before I know it, she’ll be talking to me in full sentences. And soon, she’ll be bickering with me and breaking my heart in the process.
Okay, drama mode off. Heehee. I just miss the times when I have so much time on my hands, observing my darling and writing down to track all the stuff she’s learning. I’m like her resume maker.
I should do that again. I’ll try with updates of what she can do and the things she learned for each month. I loved writing those tidbits about her. And now when I read about them, I would remember how it was during that phase in her life.
Heck I even tried making monthly scraps of her photos.
Oh well, if I did become a WAHM, I’ll make sure to do all of these and more. Like bring her to swimming classes or bring her to pre-school everday.
But for now, I’ll just have to make do with our situation. Me off to work everyday, going home to my family and usually to a sleeping Elise.
