My husband’s relatives are buying and putting up property (they’re mostly ofws, preparing for retirement), left me interested in real estate. Then, late last year, I came in to work for a real estate company. Then there’s our plan of buying a lot and having a house of our own before we reach our fifties. Then I came across a nice piece of architecture, take note of this - manufactured, from Japan.
Just like what Ms. Chuvaness said, I wouldn’t mind having one of these. They call it the Kashiwa “tree house”. The whole plan is made on a 45.54 sqm. lot and translated to 130 sqm. of construction area. Amazing!! It has its own floor plan too.
The first floor is for the garage, laundry and a small dining space. The 2nd floor houses the living area and the kitchen. Third floor for the sleeping quarters.
It looks so tiny from the outside, but look at these photos of the inside! Wowzer!
Its either that my eyes are decieving me, or they really have a good photographer. More photos at my multiply site. (ahaha, saving up on bandwidth)
This is a house I would definitely will rush home to. You can also play with the floor plan, according to the website. Someday, Aiza, someday! I’m dubbing this, dream house #1.
The only problem is that if my parents or inlaws came to visit, they’ll probably have a hard time going up the stairs. Teehee. If that’s the case, I’ll go for the 2 story Muji house with the bigger floor area, but the wide open windows will pose as a really big security problem.
