I don’t want to sound shallow or superficial but I desperately need to lose weight. My hypertension’s back since I gained back 10 pounds. 10 effing pounds!! I just don’t remember how or why but here they are, in bulges and don’t ask what else.
I need to exercise, again. Maybe, starting next week, I’ll go back and attend free aero classes at work. Then do badminton or wall climbing ocassionally. I miss wall climbing. I have no one to do it with. (paging friends who climb, give me a shout!)
I want to do yoga again. This time, try the Bikram one. I don’t know the difference with the regular yoga, that’s why I want to try it out. I found one that’s near work and if the price is right, I just might sign-up. Stress on the word MIGHT.
But first, I have to put everything in my life in their proper places:
One more thing I noticed. My style preference for clothes is evolving. I’m into wearing dark colors most of the time and felt like most of my corporate clothes are so blah. Heck, most of my office wear are more than 5 years old. (Yeah, we’re required business attire) So that’s number 6 on my list – office clothes shopping.
I feel better now (and less rattled) after writing all these things down.
