So? How was it?

It was great! Aside from my day, included in a long weekend, I was blessed with chance to spend it with the people who mean the most to me.  I think I was able to do all a girl could ever wish for: went to church, hearty dinner of my favorite food with family, shopping, spa, parlor, the works! All of which, taken care of by my favorite benefactors!

I’ve never expected a lot for my birthday since I usually get disappointed when I expect too much.  I have to blame it to my wild imagination. *smirk*  Besides, another year of life is already a big enough present to me as it is – spent with good health, with family, friends and a lot of “charge it to experience” experiences to add on my hat.

So for about 12 or so birthdays ago, I stopped anticipating and let myself be surprised, which was way, way better.  Years later, I got the biggest birthday suprise, yet! (more…)
