1. I want a nice relaxing getaway for my birthday, just us 3. Don’t want to cook, don’t want to prepare food for others. I’m such a grouch.
2. I want to buy Elise that rechargeable motorized car, just like the one she rode at the mall the other day. She looks like she won the lottery the whole 10 minutes she was on it. I wonder how much one cost?

You just turned 2 today! It is just a blessing that you’ve grown to be a beautiful, healthy, smart and happy baby. A precious gift that the Lord gave us.

I remember how it was when I carried you in me for less than 8 months and how you fought for your life in the NICU for 30 days. You may not know it, but your daddy and I were fighting with you, too.

So what’s mommy’s plan for Elise’s 2nd Birthday? Since we already had a big bash for her first, we’ve decided to have a low key celebration with just the three of us.

I was thinking, since Elise has a penchant for animals, a trip to the zoo will be a great experience for her. But which zoo? I’m not sure yet. I wanted to try sana Zoobic Safari, sabay Ocean Adventure. Or the one in Montalban,Rizal. Avilon, is it? Or the Oceanarium near Manila Bay. I still need to check out reviews and other options.

Then I wanted sana to stay overnight at a fancy hotel. We haven’t done that yet. I wanted to take them to the Galleria Suites. I love that hotel. I had my debut there and I stayed there numerous times in the past. The rooms are huge and the breakfast buffet scrumptous. And its connected to a mall so double the pleasure.

But if it’ll be too costly for us, we’ll probably just opt for anything cheaper since there are a lot of budget hotels in the philippines that we still have yet to try. As long as the three of us are together, wherever we will go will surely be a blast.

I can’t wait for our family outing.
