…Or Ms. Bulutong is Elise’s latest pet name. Today marks her 7th day with chicken pox. Yes she had been given her vaccine but still she contracted it from her cousins. All three of them (cousins) had it before the little girl’s turn. Their Tito Drew, my husband’s cousin, is also down with the pox. (more…)

My April Fool’s joke wasn’t as effective as I thought it’ll be. Or was it because I posted the status message on my IM a bit too late to gather as much attention as I wanted. (ahaha, attention monger)
Anyways, to set the record straight. No, I’m not pregnant. We’re still planning on having baby#2 by the time Elise is about 5 years old or that’s 3 years from now.

My little girl got sick last week. She was admitted at the hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia, again. The first time was just last August. This time, we stayed for 5 days, 2 days longer than the last.
Why pneumonia? Well, its due to the fact that she was a preemie, that her immune system is still developing and that her lungs are still weak. There’s also the ever-changing weather, pollution and second hand smoke that may have also contributed to it.

Feels good to be home after a 45-day stay at the hospital. Elise was confined for pneumonia, poor baby. Will post pics and write more, for the meantime, I’ll enjoy the net (and my bed) for I was deprived of it (these) for too long.
