Going out with my family was always a blast for me since I don’t get to spend much time with them as compared to my husband’s. My family (plus relatives) all live apart from each other and our schedules are so different.

So when a cousin came home (from the US) for a visit. It gave us an excuse to converge, go out and reminisce all the silly stuff we did when we were still kids. (more…)

I’ve never expected a lot for my birthday since I usually get disappointed when I expect too much.  I have to blame it to my wild imagination. *smirk*  Besides, another year of life is already a big enough present to me as it is – spent with good health, with family, friends and a lot of “charge it to experience” experiences to add on my hat.

So for about 12 or so birthdays ago, I stopped anticipating and let myself be surprised, which was way, way better.  Years later, I got the biggest birthday suprise, yet! (more…)

My clients will shoot me for this. Instead of working on my projects last sunday, I pored for hours and got addicted with Photofunia.com, a site where you can get cool photo effects with just one click.  (I think I spent most of my sunday evening in it.)

I know I might not rave about the husband as often as I did the little girl. Some may even ask if there is even any husband at all.  Well, my dear readers, yes there is.

We’re in the tedious process of looking for a yaya for Elise now. The husband found work and we need someone to entrust the little girl to while we’re away. Lately, she’s been staying at my in-law’s while Paulo goes out everyday to tend to his paperworks. And whenever I call her on the phone, she refuses to talk to me. I don’t know if she knows how to make tampo na or she’s not fond of the phone. (more…)
