Something that stuck in my mind after attending sunday service yesterday. This should be my mantra.

“You don’t tell God you have a big problem. Tell your problem you have a big God.”

Do I hear an amen, y’all? Have a great week ahead!

At times (like now) when the moolah is running low or when we’re on the red, I easily get disheartened. But this morning, I saw this flashed on a multimedia thingamajig by the elevators at the building where I work:

“If you want to see what God thinks of money, just look at all the people He gave it to.”- Dorothy Parker

I’m just grateful we always have enough and that God always finds surprising ways to provide us with what we need.

“Let me ask you something. If someone prays for patience, you think God gives them patience? Or does he give them the opportunity to be patient? If he prayed for courage, does God give him courage, or does he give him opportunities to be courageous? If someone prayed for the family to be closer, do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings, or does he give them opportunities to love each other?”
